AkomiNarazaki - Ahhh despite the fact the LWD writers really tick me off for many reasons (especially the last episode that basically everyone's seen in french) I still LOVE Dasey :) I've only loved it since like, Sept. 2007, since I used to not be able to stand the show cuz I found Casey really annoying. But one night there was nothing on so I gave the show a chance and I was like "hmm...Casey and Derek would make a good couple." then I went online and found that like, a zillion people felt the same way. That's how I really got into it. I can't make Dasey videos, and I don't have photoshop so I don't edit pics, but I really am a fan :) It kinda drives me crazy xP

They have undeniable chemistry and its totally obvious how despite all the fighting, they care really deeply for on another. Dasey is the "greatest story never told". Their forbidden love parallels Romeo and Juliet. Their attraction matches Mr.Darcy and Elizabeth. My fave OTP EVER!

42. Naomi - Alright. Let me give you a few of the millions of reasons why Dasey is shipped and why they NEED to be together.
1. Opposites attract
2. No genetic link, not related by blood and NEVER act like brother and sister. I have a brother and trust me, we DO NOT fight like they do. Also, I bet if Nora and George got divorced, ppl wouldn't have a problem with it. Its ridiculous. Its the same concept.
3. They can make each other feel mad one moment, happy the other, and mad again. The rises they get from each other and how they make a great team screams the PERFECT relationship.
4. The unecessary touching and the looks they give each other screams lust and love AT THE SAME TIME
5. It's practically forbidden (like Romeo and Juliet, Edward and Bella) and thats HOT AND SEXY.
6. They complete each other and have overwhelming chemistry! You just want to throw something at the TV and scream when you see Casey with Truman and Derek with Sally because they are cheap versions of the other (which the stupid writers brought into the story thinking it'll calm whole Dasey thing, BUT IT ONLY GETS US ANGRY). And very bad ones at that. I could handle Sally a little bit, but Truman is just...I hate him.
7. They are controversial and whether people want to believe it or not, step siblings do get married/fall in love in the REAL WORLD. I know that my best friend's parents' were step siblings and its funny because they're exactly like Derek and Casey

Im going to type a heck of a lot more if I keep going so I'll leave it at that odd numbered reason. Dasey is right...I'm stil hoping for them till the last few seconds of the movie. If Dasey doesn't happen, then Casey and Derek better be single because I dont think I could take it anymore.

Kacy - dasey absaloutly has to happen. dasey fans have got to be the most dedicted group for shipping ever, there are so many sites begging the writters to just give in and give the puplic what they want. there are thousands of videoas and fanfics that all promote dasey so incredibly well and that wouldnt happen if they werent perfect for eachother. they really care for eachother, its so obvious and this would give people everywhere that you can find love in the most unlikely places and to just believe in love. it has to happen. it just does!!!

44. Kristina - <3 Dasey! I love their witty banter and when they defend each other against other people. Anyone who is completely unfamiliar with the fandom and the show would think that those two are in love with each other from the quotes used in the videos about them.

I know this sounds cheesy, but they complete each other!! What Derek lacks Casey makes up for, and vice-versa. And, they are educational!! They really teach us the 'opposites attract' theory. They are the most important things in each others' lives, whether they know it or not. They are always there for each other, and (although they probably don't know it) they make each other better. And the controversial step-sibling issue just makes it all the better, and they mean so much more than just the average couple. Dasey has absolutely made my life and I would be so lost without them. I love them to death!! Derek and Casey are 100% the best things that could have possibly happened to each other.

51. Cassie - OMG!! Does anyone besides me ever notice the looks?? They're so intense. I think they deffinately work together as a couple. They are opposites and that's what makes them so real. I think Michael and Ashley would work in real life to I mean I've seen the podcasts they are too cute!!! I totally loved the episode Truman`s Last Chance. I mean the way he stuck up for her was so cute!! I wish they weren`t on family channel then maybe they could do something with the pairing up of them. That would be sweet!!
